Creating a Legen-Dairy Rewards Program for Parmalat Customers.
Parmalat approached THINK for an exciting, innovative way to lift milk sales amongst their customers in the education sector.
After closely examining dairy market trends, demographic data and milk consumption rates, THINK developed an exciting new points redemption program to encourage new buying habits among customers. As part of this program, called “Milk the Rewards”, each purchase of Parmalat products earned points for customers that could be redeemed through an online portal. Users could register their school’s profile, track their points accumulation and use the site to redeem points for premium kitchen appliances and other products relevant to the education sector. Mobile-responsive and easy to navigate, the Milk the Rewards portal was supplemented with a marketing-communications strategy that has kept customers engaged, informed and actively participating in the program.
