Passing on the food philosophy of Grill’d Healthy Burgers to a new generation.

The beauty of the Grill’d burger offering is that it creates the healthiest and freshest burgers from scratch. The reality of the Grill’d burger, however, is that it can take up to 5-8 minutes to cook and prepare. As every parent understands; keeping kids entertained for even 2 minutes can be challenging. To address this issue and to grow the Grill’d brand offering as a family friendly restaurant, we wanted to create a tangible amusement for young kids that was anchored in the Grill’d farm fresh philosophy.

Outcome

TPF THINK created the Grill’d Farm Family concept which consisted of a series of collectable 2D wooden puzzle characters that entertained and educated kids on the benefits of farm fresh ingredients. We named each wooden puzzle character in order to give them a personality and to also form an emotional connection between the kids and the characters. The wooden puzzle characters proved to be very popular amongst the kids and it provided a new focal point for parents and kids to interact in the real world.
